Bo was shooting this 4-5 foot young male manta as it fed on thick plankton just north of the harbor along with Julie Steelman. When he discovered it was an unknown manta, he named it Regan Ray in honor of Julie's husband, Regan. He was a close friend, an avid diver/photographer, and he passed away this year leaving a large hole in their ohana.
