This manta was gliding back and forth between the inner and outer finger coral reefs in Makaiwa Bay.  The water was rough due to high winds, but this ray didn’t mind at all.  Mantas are so graceful no matter what the ocean delivers.  I’d like to name this ray "Baby Ray" after my son Bart who’s sought out rays when he visits here and his beautiful wife’s first child who’s due to be born soon, late June 2018.
